The Rock Harbor Charter Service consists of 10 fully equipped sport fishing charter boats that fish the waters of Cape Cod Bay for striped bass, bluefish, shark, and bluefin tuna from Rock Harbor, Orleans. We went fishing for a whole day with Captain Mark Costa on Columbia, had a fantastic experience, we caught more fish than we could eat or freeze.
